OTTERY ST MARY: Re-bailed after baby's death
Two people who were arrested and bailed in connection with a baby's death in Ottery have been re-bailed.
A 10-month-old baby girl was admitted to the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital during the evening of Monday December 26th and later died at Frenchay Hospital in Bristol. A 28 year-old man from Ottery St Mary was initially arrested on suspicion of GBH. The investigation continued and police arrested a 24-year-old woman on suspicion of murder in January. The man was re-arrested on suspicion of murder and both were released on police bail until July 17th. When answering bail, the woman was re-bailed until August 7th and the man until August 8th.
