22nd September 2011DORCHESTER: New management for Energie
New Energie fitness manager, Debbie Easter, has introduced new fitness classes to appeal to a wider audience.
Energie fitness for women provides a friendly, non-intimidating environment where women of all ages, shapes, and fitness levels can achieve their fitness, weight-loss, and well-being goals.
The new classes include both morning and evening sessions in gym ball, abdominals and flexibility, legs, bums, and tums, a full body work-out and abdominal/stretch exercises.
Their revolutionary 30 minute fitness and weight-loss circuit is incredibly simple to use and delivers fantastic results. Their motorised health and well-being circuit, specifically designed with the mature woman in mind, makes keeping in shape easy, fun and relaxing.
There will also be nutrition classes, beauty seminars, holistic massage, and the services of a sports therapist and a personal trainer.
After six weeks of training, which includes six personal training sessions, if you have not achieved the expected results your money will be refunded in full.
In another first for this popular health club, Debbie has enlisted the services of Louise Graves, a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and neuro linguistic programmer. She has also been a registered general nurse for 25 years so has a passion for health and well-being. This makes Energie the only health club in the country to have a resident hypnotherapist.
Every woman who signs up with Energie will receive a free hypnotherapy session which Louise will use to pinpoint any obstacles to them achieving their goals.
Louise said: “By working on the body and the mind in unity, the results can be phenomenal.
“Through relaxation I am able to tap into the subconscious, where everyone holds the answers to their own particular problems. Creating a healthy mind can help you achieve anything, by harnessing ability and motivation.
“Hypnotherapy will combine the healthy body with the healthy mind. And I focus purely on the positive - what you want to achieve, and not what you don’t. In the near future I will be introducing hypno-fitness, which will combine fitness sessions with hypnotherapy and massage to give a complete picture of a healthy, happy lady.”
Energie is open from 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 1pm on a Saturday. The staff are friendly, well trained, and easy-going. More information can be obtained by visiting the website at www.effw.co.uk, emailing [email protected], or phoning 01305 262843 or visit Energie in Trinity Street, Dorchester.

It is brilliant that a health club recognises the mind body link and the emphasis on both aspects of health. As the hypnotherapist at energie Health Club I truely value the opportunity to assist people acheiving their body goals and life goals. With my very best wishes Louise Graves
