SIDMOUTH: Sidmouth's Diamond Jubilee plans coming together
SIDMOUTH will celebrate the Queen’s 60 years on the throne in style with a Jazz Band Ball, street party and classic car show. The Diamond Jubilee weekend will kick off on Friday, June 2nd with a Jazz Band Ball at Kennaway House.
Events will continue on Saturday, June 3rd with a Jubilee Street Party, organised by the Sidmouth Chamber of Commerce, from 4pm to 7pm. Tables, which seat six people, go on sale on March 24th at the Anchor, Old Fore Street. The final day of celebrations on Monday, June 4th, will be marked with a classic car show at Sidmouth Cricket Club from 12noon onwards. Visitors are encouraged to dress in red, white and blue.
