COLYFORD: Warming winter lunch at St Michaels

By Francesca Evans

THE Friends of St Michael’s Church in Colyford held a soup and pudding lunch on Friday.

The lunch came as a warming treat on a cold and blustery day and, despite the weather, plenty of supporters turned out to eat their lunch in the church aisle.

The Friends of St Michael’s meet on the third Wednesday of each month for their regular Cafe St Michael sessions, with the next on Wednesday, March 21st. Visitors are always welcome.

The group will also be holding a coffee morning on April 27th at Harepath Farm in Colyford.
