LYME REGIS: Cheesey congratulations for Will and KateTHE Town Mill Cheesemonger in Lyme Regis is commemorating the royal wedding with a specially labelled cheese. Owner Justin Tunstall has labelled a black-waxed mature Dorset cheddar with a label that reads “Congratulations Wills & Kate”. At the last minute, he also decided to create a cheese for those less enthusiastic about the celebrations, and labelled a similar cheese “Sod the wedding, it’s a day off!” Surprisingly, the anti-wedding cheese has been outselling the celebratory one by a ratio of eight to one.
