MERRIOTT: Royal wedding celebrations in Merriott
MERRIOTT First School really went to town on Royal Wedding celebrations with their own Prince Callum and Princess Ruby-Lin who enjoyed a horse and cart ride around the village, courtesy of Louise Darlington.
The whole school then enjoyed a Royal Wedding reception with a special cake made by Mandy Greenham. Everyone had a fantastic day in the sunshine made all the better by the local people contributing to make it extra special. Flowers were by Kathrine Rooke. The day was topped off by a royal bingo event hosted by Lorraine Clarke.
