BRIDPORT: Tamara Drewe Gala screening at Electric PalaceTHE final few tickets are on sale now for the gala screening of the upcoming smash hit, Tamara Drewe. The film, starring bond-girl Gemma Arterton, has a strong local link, with many scenes filmed in the surrounding area including Salwayash, Dorchester and Yeovil, and therefore the gala screening at the Electric Palace in Bridport will be extra special.
The gala screening takes place on Friday, September 17th. Doors will open at 6.45pm, with an introduction from Tamara Drewe novel illustrator Posy Simmonds at 7.15pm. Tickets cost £30 - call 01308 424901 to book.
