SOUTH DORSET: Ridgeway Festival

The programme for the South Dorset Ridgeway Festival is now published and available from libraries, touristi Information centres, and other places in South Dorset.

The festival programme includes an exciting mix of open air theatre, archaeology, guided walks and tours, storytelling, film and poetry – something to choose from for the whole family.  Many of the events are free.

The printed programme includes original artwork by Dorchester based artist John Walker, who has long been inspired by the Ridgeway, its features and stories. John will be leading a walk during the festival, on the  July 22nd to explore one of the inspirational locations for his paintings of the South Dorset Ridgeway.
