DORCHESTER: Property consultants open on Poundbury

Owner Mark Parker has over 15 years experience with estate agents Direct Moves, many of those as manager, and is responsible for running the sales side of the new business. 

He is ably assisted by his colleague Samantha Cook who also spent some time working with him for the same estate agents. 

Mark’s wife Emma lends a hand when and wherever needed, and James Lewis from Coleman Financial Services acts as their financial advisor.

The office, situated on Peverell Avenue East and the convenience of easy parking and access was one of the factors in choosing Poundbury as a base. 

With their slogan “Moving forward together”  Mark and his staff are young, dynamic, enthusiastic, and place personal service high on their list of priorities. 

They are keen to make their mark both on Dorchester and further afield, and are set to establish their roots as Poundbury  continues to grow and flourish. 

With the emphasis mainly on residential sales, Mark aims to provide a service that is different from other estate agents in the town centre and build up a client base who will continue to use the company again and again as well as recommending them to other people.
