WEYMOUTH College garden shop is run by students who will gain valuable work experience from May 7th-21st when opening hours are extended for a plant sale.
The shop will be open sevena days a week from 11am-2pm to sell organic or fair-trade crops and products.
The shop also aims to be environmentally friendly by not using plastic bags and encouraging customers to bring their own boxes to carry home their plants and produce.
All the plants on sale have been grown by the students and are reasonably priced ready for spring garden borders and flower pots.
Visitors can also buy a a range of produce at the shop and sample a number of delicious preserves, jams and chutneys.
Among plants are summer bedding and vegetables, perennials shrubs and climbers, hanging baskets and much more.
