WEYMOUTH: Crimestoppers poster success

DORSET Crimestoppers is encouraging people to report crimes anonymously after a recent campaign led to arrests in Weymouth.

Dorset Police worked with Dorset Crimestoppers to create and distribute posters across Weymouth and Portland encouraging the public to anonymously report any information that they might have about drug dealers – particularly heroin dealers – in the area. The posters sparked several public calls to Crimestoppers, leading to two arrests relating to alleged drug dealing in Weymouth.
