OPEN MIXED TRIPLES LEAGUE: This week the Magpies played the Hurricanes and won by 15 shots to nine.  Meanwhile team Albatross lost to the Greyhounds by six shots to 13.

DONYATT welcomed the Exiles, a club that formed when the old Stour Vale Club at Gillingham in Dorset folded. The team of ex-players have continued to play, away games only, for nine or ten years now.

On Sunday, the Somerset County Indoor Bowls  Association team beat the Outdoor Executives 117-111.
