Working our woodland

ARE you a woodland owner or contractor? Are you in the Blackdown Hills and East Devon area?

“Working Our Woodlands” is a project aimed at strengthening the links between owners and contractors in this area.

The project aims to: link woodland owners with contractors to create a sustainable long term supply of local wood fuel; work with small and large woodland owners to maximize the management of their resource with advice on grants, felling licences; compile a directory of quality assured contractors within the area; grouping smaller woodlands to help reduce management costs and create an income for owners.
