CREWKERNE: Maiden Beech students spring into music

By Marion Draper

MAIDEN Beech Academy held a spring music and drama concert, showcasing the skills they have learned in their classes and their own natural talent in a variety show for their parents.

A large audience was treated to a programme which included instrumental recital, original composition, sining and dancing.

The event was introduced by music teacher Barbara Dale, who played alongside many of her pupils.

It was a great team effort between pupils and staff and a couple of former pupils returned to the school to offer their expertise with technical support for the evening.
