By Francesca Evans
THE Axe Valley Friends of FORCE held a coffee morning and table-top sale in Colyton on Saturday.
The event included a variety of stalls, from cakes and bric-a-brac to fruit and vegetables and gifts, plus a raffle and tombola.
A total of £650 was raised for the Exeter-based cancer charity.
Treasurer Maureen Clode said: “Thank you to everyone who supported us and helped at the event.
“We raised £130 more than the same event last year, which is great in the current economic climate.”
