ILMINSTER: Olympic themed charity dinner
THE MAYOR of Ilminster, Councillor Carol Goodall is inviting local residents to support the carnival by joining her for an Olympic themed charity dinner. The event is in honour of the Olympic Torch passing through the town in May.
The dinner will be at the Shrubbery Hotel on Saturday March 3rd from 7pm for 7.30pm and as well as enjoying a three-course meal and entertainment, diners can take part in some Olympic sports all in aid of the carnival.
